While in-house on the Communications team at ABS, we decided we needed a secondary New Employee Handbook that explained the culture, the in’s-and-out’s of our day to day in a way that isn’t covered in the corporate new hire handbook. Together a writer and myself created a tongue and cheek way of welcoming new hires to the team using language and terminology that exists only in the comms team.
