Who doesn’t love a meme? We use them to feel heard and validated. Often those with chronic conditions don’t get to live that through memes. While working on PlaquePsoriasis.com, a community of folks who love and resonate with memes, I came up with these social images that look and feel like pop-culture memes but are unique.
