Exploring the human nature of design and working together excites me. I don't mean that in a "company culture" way. I mean that in a lets meet folks where they are, get to know them, bring in kindness and empathy, and enjoy the process of creating together. Communication is both the gateway and the path to human relations and problem-solving.
I love to connect with and have fun conversations with folks— it genuinely excites me. I strongly believe in the power of working together towards a common goal—the result is always better.
While it's my job to recognize and utilize my strengths, I've also taken the time to understand both the good and bad aspects of each one.
